Exporting a Report

With the Narravero tools fully implemented into production, the management of the Narravero Merch Company wants to track what’s happening on the production floor. Specifically, they want a report for the production of hoodies.

Step 1: Create a New Report

1. Open the Narravero Content Studio and navigate to Reports in the left-hand menu.
2. Click Add New to create a new report.

Step 2: Configure Report Settings

A settings panel will appear where you define your report details:

• Display Name & Name: Narravero Merch Hoodie - Charge October 2025
• Content Type: NV Merch - Hoodie
• Table Columns: Select Import from Tracer Template.
  • This will create one column for each key in a Tracer Template.
  • Choose the Textile Coloring Stage Tracer Template. All three keys from this stage are added as columns.

Next, add the Hoodie Tailoring Stage keys manually:

1. Tailor Name – Type: Text, Payload Key: name
2. Finishing Date – Type: Date, Payload Key: date
3. Location – Type: Text, Payload Key: location

Finally, click Save to generate the report.

Step 3: View and Export the Report

1. In the Reports section, click on the report Narravero Merch Hoodie - Charge October 2025.
2. The report opens, showing all Tridy entries and their details.
   You can inspect each Tridy for more information, such as the QR code to its individual DPP.
3. Click Export Report to download the data. You can choose Excel or CSV formats.
