How to use the Tracer Smartphone Application

Using the Tracer Smartphone App
Whether you're on the factory floor, in the warehouse, or out in the field, the Tracer App helps you capture data that connects directly to your Digital Product Passport. Here’s how to get started:
1. Access the App
Download the Tracer App from your device’s app store on Android or iOS:
- Android: Google Play Store
- iOS: App Store
Once installed:
- Open the "Narravero Tracer" app
- Register your account (or log in if you already have one)
- Forgot your password? Just click the reset link on the login screen
2. View Your Tasks
Once you’re logged in:
You'll see all the tasks that were created and configured for you in the Narravero Tracer Templates Application
3. Fill Out the Task Form
- Tap on a task to open the form.
- Fill in all required fields (text, numbers, photos, etc.). You can also add comments, capture signatures, or scan barcodes depending on the template.
- Once you’re done, hit Submit ✅
4. Write to the NFC Tag
After submitting:
Hold the NFC tag of your product to the back of your smartphone (or compatible tablet). This will write all the collected data directly to the product's physical tag. Perfect for linking real-world objects with their digital profile!
What Just Happened?
🆕 A new Tridy was created in the Narravero system
💾 All submitted data is safely stored in that Tridy
📲 Your Digital Product Passport is now live and accessible from any NFC-enabled device!
