The IT-company Narravero from Münster, Germany, is delighted to welcome another accomplished expert in the ranks of its advisory board. Marc Buckley consults for the UN, is a member of the World Economic Forum’s network of experts and was personally mentored by the politician, entrepreneur and environmentalist Al Gore. Now he is to support Narravero in the field of international networking.
Münster, August 31, 2023. Narravero “lets products talk” through the NFC-technology, making supply chains transparent and thus opening completely new possibilities in marketing as well. With the use of a digital SaaS platform, it allows companies to write the full biography of their products – and do so transparently. The result is a customisable digital product passport (DPP) that can be easily viewed on a mobile phone. This way the customers can not only find out where the product comes from, but also receive a lot of customer-oriented information - for example on use, disposal or recycling. In the light of the European Commission's Sustainable Product Strategy, according to which every future EU product will have to be equipped with a DPP, and to raise international awareness of its platform and solutions, Narravero is joining forces with Marc Buckley.
The internationally recognised entrepreneur Buckley has made tackling the climate crisis his life's mission. Using his vast network, he will promote the Narravero’s vision and advise the company into an even more sustainability-driven future. Other members of Narravero's advisory board include sustainability expert Prof. Dr Julia Hartmann from the EBS University of Economics and Law in Wiesbaden, Germany, and science journalist Dr Thomas Ramge.
The Narravero team, which currently consists of 24 members, has not only increased its expertise on the advisory board level, but has also welcomed a few new staff members. In order to continue to grow, the Münster-based company has moved to larger premises at the city harbour and is currently looking for more new colleagues.
