Applies to batteries for light means of transport, industrial batteries over 2 kWh and electric vehicle batteries. The guide shows which data points the Battery Passport contains and who provides them.

Prohibits generic environmental claims without evidence and sets rules for information on durability and reparability. What matters is whether manufacturers can supply the evidence for each product to retailers.
