We are not looking for employees.
We are looking for co-creators.

Shape the future with Narravero

This is more than a job – it’s real growth. We start where regulations set the framework and turn them into paths people actually want to follow. And that’s where our work begins.

We make products come alive. The Digital Product Passport (DPP) will soon be mandatory – but we’re already shaping it into a meaningful touchpoint between brands and consumers. Great products tell stories. Sustainability becomes tangible. Technology stays invisible – yet makes all the difference. Vision alone doesn’t change the world. It takes people who get things done, organize, and push forward.
We’re looking for exactly those people.

Narravero's headquarters at Münster harbor
  • Location: Münster or Remote

    Employment type: Full-time

    Be part of something big

The Digital Product Passport (DPP) is becoming mandatory – but it holds far more potential. Narravero helps brands turn regulatory duty into strategic opportunity: creating real product experiences, enabling direct customer connections, cutting supply chain costs, and securing first-mover advantages.

This isn’t about shifting market share – it’s about creating a new one. Join the movement and help build the DPP Software category from the ground up.

Ideas alone don’t drive change – people do. People who take ownership, create momentum, and shape success. People like you.

    Who we’re looking for

You’re a sales pro with energy and drive. You thrive on direct market access, love to champion new ideas with a pioneering mindset, and take full responsibility for your results. You’ve got experience in software sales – ideally in the SaaS, data, or platform space – and want more than just a sales job. You want to build something new.

    What you’ll do

    • Spot opportunities early and bring new topics to the table with confidence at decision-maker level

    • Run full end-to-end sales cycles – and know when to push and when to pull

    • Build and prioritize your pipeline strategically, aligned with our ICP and use cases

    • Deliver tailored product demos, win over stakeholders with business cases, and navigate complex buying groups

    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Presales, and Customer Success – because winning is a team sport

    • Represent Narravero at events, webinars, and on LinkedIn – and give our story real impact

What you bring to the table

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales – ideally in ESG, customer experience, or data-driven platforms

    • A deep understanding of complex decision-making structures – and how to bring compelling value stories to the C-suite

    • Proficiency in Solution Selling, SPICED, MEDDICC or similar – and your own best practices to share

    • A structured mindset, strong sense of ownership, and a proven track record of performance

    • Excellent communication skills in both German and English – confident presenter in webinars and pitches

What you can expect at Narravero

    • Performance-based compensation with attractive OTE

    • Remote-first work & flexible hours – real autonomy

    • Structured onboarding & a strong, entrepreneurial team

    • Regular team events and genuine appreciation for your work

    Sounds like a good fit?

Send your resume to people@narravero.com – or connect with us directly on LinkedIn.
If you’re not just looking to sell but to help shape a new chapter in the European software space – this is your moment to join before everyone’s talking about it.

Narravero is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates – regardless of origin, gender, identity, or background.

    • Build and maintain real-time dashboards for funnel visibility across Marketing and Sales

    • Set up automated email flows, triggers, and audience segmentation for targeted engagement

    • Ensure data quality, deep tracking, and cross-channel attribution

    • Direct influence on positioning, go-to-market strategy, and overall company growth
